Meekins and for the further consideration that my said son agrees ft binds hiraslf by the acceptance of this deed to pay the sum of fifteen hundred doOlars, with interest from the date hereof in Mqu^ation of a mootgage given by me to ^ham J Fennnll on the realty hereinfter described, which said mootgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of probate of said e^te ' nd county in Deed Book MB. No. 28 & also in Book T?"?T pabe 445 & for the further connlderation of ten dollars to me in hand pa id by my said son, the receipt whoreof is hereby acknowledged, I Maaggret A. Meekins of said state and County, have this day clven, granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents do give, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said William B. Meekins the following described real estate situate, lying A being in said State A county towlt:
