Emeline / Inman Cemetery, Redstone Arsenal, Madison Co. AL, March 11, 2003 Uninscribed fieldstone on berm near entrance gate It is unknown why the earth has been raised into a berm about two to three feet high and maybe 20 feet long near the gate. The large piece of concrete atop the berm, as shown above, may or may not have been used as a fieldstone to mark a grave at one time. There is no other apparent use of concrete in the area, so the piece must have had some use at one time as the reason for its presence in the cemetery. 30 - (2238)
