With Millie's maiden name being Toney, she was most likely related to Powhaton Toney, the namesake for the cemetery. The 1900 census shows a “Minnie Lee Toney” as a 2-yr-old child in the household of her parents:
“Minnie” was the closest to “Mille” for the expected age in the 1900 census.
