Madison County, but he never appeared in any census or property records of the courts. However, he was included in the list of debtors or creditors to the estate of John Finch in the 1840s.
The Finch marriage records of Madison County (as shown earlier) clearly parallel the probate court case names, to indicate the names of the children of Hugh Finch who moved to Madison County in the early 1800s.
